While I have always wanted to blog where I lived or travelled, I never had the time to do that.....finally, I have started to snatch some time here and there to indulge in this. Needless to say, it is my way to unwind and let my mind wander to places I have lived in or visited, and perhaps, left a piece of myself in. An outlet through writing, looking through old pictures, re-living the experiences.
And then came about the thought that it might be something I can make useful for others too. The idea of using my own pains and joys of eating out, especially during travels, gave birth to Vegetarian Wanderings. vegetarian restaurants or options near tourist attractions. With so many people in the world travelling and many vegetarians amongst this population, I sure hope this blog will be of use to them.
I have a love for travel, music, dance, my coffee just right, old photographs and artifacts, a relaxing drink at any time, especially made better with my dearest friends, trying different vegetarian foods at restaurants, my mother's cooking, and my father's palate. Of course, I can never forget the real work I do :-), as a Learning Consultant, a Designer (of User Experience and Service Design) in Dallas.
